The staff were friendly and helpful, i appreciate their service. i booked two rooms and the hotel placed them next to each other. It helped a lot. the hotel is near the ayala centre mall. Walking there was easy.

I noticed some limited options for breakfast. It was not a big problem, though.

The staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet changed daily, a great perk for a longer stay, so I was always trying new dishes. Darvin at the front desk provided true insight into Filipino culture. He even helped me arrange a tour to swim with turtles. I also appreciated the room service. The staff were always prompt and friendly.

The room's air conditioning was not very strong, so it took a bit for the room to cool down after I checked in.
